Keen KHT-500 Electrode Reconditioning Oven (240V) - Reconditions up to 475 lbs. of electrodes in lengths up to 18".

These high temperature ovens are designed to recondition certain welding electrodes that may have been exposed to moisture. Failure to follow rebaking procedures can lead to such problems as porosity in the weld. All re-conditioning units are equipped with a proportional-integrated temperature control that allows extremely close control over oven processes. The doors are fitted with explosion proof latches and gasketed to prevent heat loss. The exteriors of these ovens are constructed with a combination of 18 ga. and 14 ga. steel. The interiors are fabricated from 14 ga. steel to produce two of the most rugged ovens on the market today.
